01) First you'll have to contact the URCC matchmaker for an appointment at chef_will_carlos@yahoo.com to learn the schedule of the annual URCC qualifying/screening event. You will need to have a budget of at least P4,000.00 for this will cover the entire process including the medical tests, licensing fee, notary of forms, and transportation budget. GAB Pro-MMA fighter licenses is valid for one (1) year only, strictly from January to December of any year. Medical records are valid for six (6) months, while the CT Scan is valid for one (1) year without any history of knockouts or severe head trauma from any bouts. Gil Puyat Avenue. Makati City. It's between National Steel Building, and Equitable Bank Building. "Ask GAB Medical Office for directions."

04) After securing all of the medical requirements, bring all "confirmed" results to GAB office and ask for a blue form for a "Fighter/Unarmed Combatant" license application at the Boxing division office. You'll have to bring this form along with you until the whole process is done. Then submit all requirements at the medical office. Make sure you do all of this during regular office hours from 09AM to 05PM only, and not on weekends especially during their lunch break from 12 Noon to 01PM. After securing the official GAB doctor's signature, go back to the Boxing division office where you must get your form signed by the official who will check your residence certificate or "cedula".

You'll be charged for the licensing fee where you'll have to go to the cashier section. After the whole process, you'll need to go back to the Boxing division office for the payment of the official notary of documents. The designated officer will ask for your right thumb mark and signature for the License ID. Now you're done! You will get the ID within a month or two but the "receipt" is as good as the license so hold on to it and make sure not to lose it.

05) The contact number of the matchmaker will be given upon request, or you can send an email to chef_will_carlos@yahoo.com Applicants will be requested for their credentials or resume for as being a fighter, and will be informed of the set date of "qualifying/screening event" and "GAB official weigh-in." Qualified Fighters are not based by victory or defeat but they are selected by their performance and entertainment value. After the qualifying/screening event, you will have to sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or Contract with URCC, then make sure to leave your contact number so that you'll be informed for any further details. Fighter applicants are expected to be tidy on the set date of qualifying/screening event (ie: Trimmed fingernails, and toenails.) Usage of Vaseline or any type of oil for the body is strictly prohibited.

*Very Important Note!
Fighter applicants must "submit" a recent "hepatitis-b test result" strictly before the qualifying/screening event. We impose this new rule for the safety of all fighter applicants. Also it is very important that there should be "constant communication" between the fighter and matchmaker, otherwise you will be automatically removed from the fightcard without prior notice. Fighter's coach and corner men are also required to secure their GAB licenses.
